WHO CAN BECOME A CREAA MEMBER?
Persons who have a minimum experience of 2 to 5 years experience in the field of Real Estate and who have been paying their Income Tax along with service tax. Over and above they should have an individual office address, which should have only Real Estate as the core business. Other than the mentioned details, NAR India and its state association have made it mandatory that all the new incoming members should compulsorily undergo an online exam, which is called as RE-MET Test. If one does not pass this test then the local body would decide whether to admit him as a member or not.
